Perfect ending to a long day

Working two jobs in one day is exhausting but i am lucky because i love what i do. I nannied all day and then coached baton twirling all evening. I came home to my husband cooking pork chops and asparagus. So fresh, healthy and delicious. After dinner we put our feet up and relaxed. This beautiful moon was the perfect sight to see just before heading to bed. Always be grateful for what you have and live in the moment!

Fool’s Spring

Today in northern Ohio we reached almost 60 degrees! My oldest wanted to do some art designs on her night stand, so we took it out to the garage to let her paint. My youngest wanted to dance and twirl to music. The weather was amazing and we fully enjoyed almost the entire day outside. It is also a blessing that it was so nice out because we lost power for almost 3 hours. It seems there was some sort of equipment failure and even the hospital at the corner lost their power. We just continued to play outside and were thankful it came back on just in time to make dinner. The sun is just starting to set now and we are warm inside being teased by the smell of turkey in the Instant Pot!
