Best decision I’ve ever made!

Tonight we celebrated our 2 year engagement anniversary! We planned to grill out a our yummy dinner but it was storming pretty bad so we cooked inside. It was DELICIOUS! We had ribeye steak, sweet potatoes, asparagus and salad.

For dessert i made a healthy ice cream sandwich. I used pizzele cookies, sugar free cool whip and PB2. I put in the freezer for 20 minutes! Omg so good!
