Moonlight on a dark day

I woke up this morning to the brightness of the moon out of our living room window but darkness lie ahead. Today my brother, my sister in law and my niece had to say goodbye to their wonderful dog, Brynn. She was the sweetest and most loving dog I have ever met. She lived an amazing 14.5 years. She was just a dream dog and my heart hurts so bad for everyone. We all know it was her time but the emptiness weighs heavy inside me. The next few days will be the hardest for her family and I pray they are filled with smiles of wonderful memories! My niece facetimed me this evening and all though sad at times, she was still silly and full of fun!

Rest in peace sweet girl and watch over your family ❤️
