Just wanted to give my husband a huge shoutout. Not only is he an amazing cook, but he has totally embraced cooking gluten free. I was told 15 years ago that i have a gluten sensitivity. I am “able” to eat gluten, but my body doesn’t break it down very easily. Bottom line, my body hates gluten. Gluten free cooking and shopping is so much easier these days but it still takes some time and adjusting.
